1. Why should I use the CENTURY 21® Facebook Application?
The CENTURY 21® Facebook Application provides CENTURY 21
brokers with a unique advantage to maximize their social footprint as part of the
Smarter, Bolder, Faster brand. This
innovative application is quick and easy to activate, customizable and a valuable
resource for optimizing your
Facebook Business page to engage
customers and drive leads.
2. When did the CENTURY 21® Facebook Application become
available?
The
new CENTURY 21 Facebook Application became available in September 2011.
3. Who should use the CENTURY 21® Facebook Application?
The CENTURY 21 Facebook Application is optimized for brokers
within the CENTURY 21 System.
4. Who can activate and/or edit the CENTURY 21® Facebook
Application?
Any
Facebook Business page administrator with access to 21Online can activate the
CENTURY 21 Facebook Application can activate the CENTURY 21 Facebook
Application. Visit your 21 Online account (21Online.com/SocialMedia/Facebook Application) and log in to get
started.
5. Can I edit the CENTURY 21 Facebook Application once I’ve
activated it on my Page?
Yes.
Page administrators will see an “Edit Tab” link at the top of the application
once it’s activated on their office’s Facebook page. Click on the link to
re-customize the application at any time.
6. What’s the difference between the old C21 Buyer/Seller
Facebook tab and the new CENTURY 21 Facebook Application?
Facebook
updated the model for building apps on Pages in February 2011 to help admins
manage communications, express their brands, and increase engagement. Along
with the upgrade came new vehicles for creative branding an optimized
opportunities for CENTURY 21 System members to engage with customers. The new
application is easy to install, customizable and allows you to add it to your
own Page without altering codes or hosting images.
7. I already have the old C21 Buyer/Seller tab on my Page.
Can I upgrade to the new app?
Yes!
Follow the instructions to install the new application on your Page and delete
the old (FBML) tab on your Page. To delete tabs, go to “Edit Page -> Apps
-> Edit Settings” and “Remove” the old tab from your Page.
8. How can my Facebook fans find the application once it’s
activated on my Page?
Customers
will see a tab for the CENTURY 21® Facebook Application on the left side of
your Page just below your profile picture. Fans can access the application by
clicking the tab. You can also set the application to be the default landing
page for your Page. Just go to “Edit Page -> Manage Permissions.”
